Manually closing these connections resumes utorrent only to be frozen again as soon as the next connection becomes SYN_SENT. While fooling around with TcpView i noticed tht it was when utorrent created tcp/ip connections and these connections entered the SYN_SENT state tht it froze. As soon as utorrent strts dloading it pretty much freezes.
